Healthy Working Lives' principle focus is to work with employers and enable them to understand, protect and improve the health of their employees. This also means employers will be better placed to support those with health problems who have re-entered work, to remain in work.

McLaughlin & Harvey first engaged with the Healthy Working Lives team in 2006 and has achieved the Gold Award by taking a more strategic approach to health and people.
