McLaughlin & Harvey requires that all information relating to the Health & Safety File is forwarded to the company in reasonable time, and in any case, prior to contract completion. This information may take the form of O&M Manuals, COSHH data, as built drawings etc. Payment to you may be withheld until this information is received.
