All workers must sign in and out of site and have received a site induction. No one should access the site without first having attended a site-specific induction.
Contractors must provide the site management team advance notice of non-fluent English speaking workers, so alternative induction arrangements can be made. Only fluent English speaking operatives should be engaged in safety critical tasks e.g. banksmen.
